They’re hardy folk over the lakes, for example the event organisers of the Langdale Pudding run describe the course as: “The course follows an undulating route through the stunning scenery of the Great Langdale valley“. Check out the undulation at 5K 🙂 but I’ve entered anyway (well it will provide this year’s Christmas pudding )
